The IVEX web site has been designed to provide information to users in general about the company and about the activities and services it offers. Users are considered to be anyone who accesses our web site.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
In any litigation involving www.ivex.es, Spanish legislation shall apply and the Courts of Valencia (Spain) shall have jurisdiction to settle any disputes related to the use of this web site. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. If any disagreements or disputes arise from the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions, the IVEX and the user shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Valencia, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled. If the company is located outside Spain, the parties shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the City of Valencia, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled.

Data Privacy Policy
The IVEX undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of all data provided by our users and not to give such information to third parties, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 15/1999, dated 13th December. In accordance with the stipulations of the aforementioned law and in order to guarantee the protection and privacy of personal data, the IVEX hereby informs users that the information given to us shall be included in an automated data file duly registered in the Data Protection Agency. This personal data shall be used exclusively to the ends specified on the form filled in by the user. The IVEX is responsible for this file and the users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection by contacting the organisation at Plaza América nº2, 7ª (infoivex@gva.es). The IVEX guarantees the confidentiality and security of personal data, which shall not be given to third parties.
