Procurement
IVEX procurement is subject to Act 30/2007 on Public Sector Contracts (LCSP) dated 30th October.
For procurement subject to harmonized community rules, IVEX will implement the applicable precepts of the LCSP.
For procurement not subject to harmonized community rules, IVEX will act in accordance with the procurement guidelines.
