IVEX

The Valencian Worldwide Foreign Trade Agency (IVEX) is the Valencian Regional Government body in charge of encouraging the Region’s businesses to trade abroad.

The IVEX was set up by the Valencian Regional Ministry of Industry, Trade and Innovation and the Region of Valencia´s Chambers of Commerce to provide support for companies wishing to trade abroad and to help firms to innovate. In conjunction with other export-based institutions, the IVEX aims to be a benchmark for the promotion of foreign trade in our Region.

In addition to the experts that work in our head office in Valencia, the IVEX also has an extensive network of branch offices abroad. This network is made up of 28 offices located in the main international markets, 15 of which are equipped with Business Centres.

The internationalisation support services provided by the IVEX are personalised and flexible. They can be adapted to the specific conditions and needs of each company depending on the target market or area of business.

The ultimate aim of the IVEX is to provide companies from the Region of Valencia with skilled staff, infrastructure and the knowledge required to promote the development of a business strategy which requires resources and in many cases a change in procedures and even in business mindset.

In addition to offering tailor-made services, the IVEX offers a wide range of support programmes to cater for each and every stage of the internationalisation process. When designing these programmes, which are constantly being updated, the IVEX is committed to introducing new work methods, long-term strategies, training and assessment.
